Kingdomnomics Conceptual Clarification on Poverty of The Soul

Kingdomnomics Conceptual Clarification on Poverty of The Soul Beloved, I wish above all that you prosper, even as your soul prospers (3 John 1:2). Your soul, comprising mind, will, and emotion, determines your thoughts, choices, and feelings. According to Alexander Amuche, Kingdomnomics is a Scriptural Kingdom Economic Development Framework based on the Grace of God through Faith in Christ Jesus, working through Love. This framework utilizes thought, tongue, talent, treasure, and time for righteous production, peaceful distribution, and Joyful Consumption on earth, creating eternal legacies, blessing lives, and glorifying God. When a soul is empty of mental capacity, willful character, and emotional maturity, lack becomes the inevitable outcome. This resonates with Ugochikwu Omeogu's profound insight: "Poverty has nothing to do with money. Money is only a symptom of something deeper. Poverty means there is a lack of sufficient will and character to implement Righteousness." ## Dimensions of Poverty of The Soul 1. Wisdom: The right personal relationship with oneself, beginning with the fear of the Lord (Proverbs 1:7). Insufficient fear of the Lord – lack of wisdom – leads to foolishness. 2. Stature: The right physical relationship with your environment. Lack of discipline in eating right, resting adequately, and exercising regularly results in poor health and malnourished stature. Environments lacking sufficient care, upkeep, and cultivation become overgrown with weeds, transforming into uninhabitable forests filled with danger, rather than beautiful, thriving gardens (Genesis 2:15). 3. Favour with God: The right divine and spiritual relationship. Without spiritual discipline to maintain Favour with God, divinity seems abstract and elusive. 4. Favour with Men: The right social relationship. Inadequate social skills erode Favour with Men, isolating individuals from beneficial human connections. When men lack ability, Grace is supplied through humility (James 4:6). Thus, a poor person may be lazy, sick, weak, ignorant, or unwilling to implement requisite laws and disciplines, manifesting as lack of resources – symptoms of a deeper issue. Poverty is ultimately lack of requisite knowledge to implement for desired outcomes. Poverty reveals underlying insufficiency of supply of particular quantities or resources needed for desired outcomes. When God's Grace is supplied, the human soul responds through Faith, working through Love: - Thoughts plan and develop innovative ideas. - Tongue communicates effectively, truthfully, and clearly without ambiguity. - Talents such as labour and skills are supported and leveraged. - Treasure (capital and resources) is invested wisely, yielding righteous outputs over time. - Time produces outputs righteously, distributed peacefully through compassion and generosity, without greed or pride, leading to Joyful Consumption. Over a life, an eternal legacy is created, blessing lives and bringing glory to God – Kingdomnomics in action. Therefore, a poor man, family, business, governance, or nation is an untrained, yet potentially wealthy, person, family, business, government, or nation, by the Grace of God, the faith of men, and the working love of God.
